Content Policy – CLICKFUD
This Content Policy governs all content created, uploaded, submitted, or displayed on the
CLICKFUD mobile application (“App”) by users, including customers, restaurants, and delivery riders.
By using the CLICKFUD App, you agree to comply with this Content Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this Content Policy is to ensure that all content available on CLICKFUD is lawful,
respectful, accurate, and safe for users. CLICKFUD is committed to maintaining a trusted and abuse-free platform.
2. Types of Content on CLICKFUD
- Restaurant names, menus, prices, and descriptions
- Food item images uploaded by restaurants
- Customer reviews, ratings, and order-related notes (if enabled)
- System-generated order and delivery information
3. Prohibited Content
3.1 Illegal or Harmful Content
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information
3.2 Abusive or Offensive Content
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive language
- Content promoting violence or discrimination
3.3 Adult or Sexual Content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
- Any content involving minors in an inappropriate manner
3.4 Drugs, Alcohol & Restricted Items
- Promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Promotion of prohibited items such as weapons or gambling
3.5 Misleading Business Practices
- Fake menus, incorrect pricing, or false restaurant information
- Attempts to divert users away from the CLICKFUD platform
4. Restaurant Content Guidelines
- Menus and prices must be accurate
- Images must represent actual food items
- Descriptions must be clear and not misleading
5. Customer Content Guidelines
- No fake complaints or false reviews
- No abusive or threatening language
- No attempts to manipulate refunds or ratings
6. Rider Content & Conduct
- No misleading delivery information
- No fake delivery confirmations
- No abusive behavior
7. Content Moderation
CLICKFUD uses automated filters, manual review, and user reports to monitor and moderate content.

9. Content Removal & Enforcement
- Removal or restriction of violating content
- Suspension or termination of accounts for repeated violations
- Legal action where required
10. No Advertising Content
- No third-party advertisements
- No promotional spam or external commercial links
11. Age Restriction
- CLICKFUD services are intended for users aged 18 years and above
- Content is not designed for children
12. Payment Method Disclosure
- CLICKFUD supports both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment methods
- Prepaid payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay
- CLICKFUD does not store customers’ card details, UPI information, wallet data, or banking credentials
- All online transactions are handled securely by the payment gateway in compliance with applicable regulations
- In case of payment failure, order cancellation, or restaurant rejection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per CLICKFUD’s Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Any misuse, fraud, or suspicious payment activity may result in order cancellation or account suspension

CLICKFUD reserves the right to update this Content Policy at any time.
Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
