• Mobile number
• Delivery address

Authentication Information

• Customers: Google Login authentication
• Restaurants & Riders: Email and password login (no OTP)
• Passwords are stored in encrypted format

Location Information

• Precise GPS location
• Approximate location
• Used only during active app usage and order delivery

Device & Usage Information

• Device ID
• IP address
• App usage logs (analytics purposes)

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• Order processing and delivery
• Account authentication and security
• Customer support
• Fraud prevention
• Service improvement and analytics

3. Payment Data

• CLICKFUD supports both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Online Payments
• Online prepaid payments are securely processed through Razorpay
• CLICKFUD does not store card details, UPI IDs, wallet information, or bank credentials
• All payment-related data is handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with RBI guidelines

4. Data Sharing

Data is shared only when necessary:

• With Restaurants: Order details, delivery address, phone number
• With Delivery Riders: Delivery address, phone number
• With Payment Gateway: Razorpay (for prepaid orders only)
• With Analytics Services: Firebase / Google Analytics

CLICKFUD does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

5. Data Security Measures

• Secure servers and infrastructure
• Encrypted password storage
• Restricted internal access
• Regular system monitoring

6. Data Retention

• User data is retained as long as the account remains active
• Data may be retained longer if required by law or dispute resolution

• CLICKFUD services are intended for users aged 18 years and above
