CLICKFUD is an online food ordering and delivery platform operating in India, serving selected local areas. CLICKFUD connects customers with independent restaurants and delivery riders and does not prepare or sell food directly.

2.2 Account Authentication Information

• Customers log in using Google Login authentication
• Restaurants and delivery riders log in using email and password
• Passwords are stored in encrypted and hashed format

• Used only during active app usage and order delivery

2.4 Payment Information

• CLICKFUD supports both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Online Payments
• Prepaid payments are securely processed through Razorpay
• CLICKFUD does not collect or store card details, UPI IDs, wallet information, or bank credentials
• All payment-related information is handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with applicable regulations

2.5 Automatically Collected Information

• App usage logs

3. Push Notifications

CLICKFUD may send push notifications related to order status, delivery updates, and essential service information. Users may manage notification permissions through their device settings.

• With Restaurants: Order details, delivery address, and phone number
• With Delivery Riders: Delivery address and phone number
• With Payment Gateway: Razorpay (for prepaid transactions only)
• With Analytics Services: Firebase and Google Analytics

CLICKFUD uses reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user data, including secure servers, encryption, and restricted internal access.
