Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on the CLICKFUD mobile application may be cancelled and when refunds may be applicable. By placing an order on CLICKFUD, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting CLICKFUD customer support.
- Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of the order.
- Once the restaurant has started preparing the order or the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
1.2 Restaurant-Initiated Cancellation
- An order may be cancelled by the restaurant due to item unavailability, operational issues, or other valid reasons.
- In such cases, customers will be eligible for a refund for prepaid orders.
1.3 CLICKFUD-Initiated Cancellation
- CLICKFUD reserves the right to cancel an order due to technical issues, suspected fraud, non-serviceable locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Prepaid Orders
- Refunds are applicable for prepaid orders in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before preparation
- Restaurant rejects the order
- Payment debited but order not placed successfully
- Order cancelled by CLICKFUD
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of order.
- Refunds are generally completed within 3–5 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
2.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- No advance payment is collected for COD orders.
- Refunds are not applicable for cancelled COD orders unless payment has already been collected.
- If payment was collected for a COD order due to exceptional circumstances, refunds will be processed through a suitable method determined by CLICKFUD.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
- If a prepaid payment fails but the amount is debited, the refund will be initiated automatically.
- In case of duplicate payments for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Orders cancelled after food preparation has started
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
5. Refund Method
- All prepaid refunds are processed via the original payment method used (through Razorpay).
- CLICKFUD does not process cash refunds directly.
6. Dispute Resolution
- For any refund or cancellation-related concerns, customers must contact CLICKFUD support within a reasonable time.
- CLICKFUD reserves the right to review each case individually before issuing a refund.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
- Repeated cancellations, fake orders, or misuse of the refund process may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
8. Policy Updates
CLICKFUD reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
