Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on the CLICKFUD mobile application may be cancelled and when refunds may be applicable. By placing an order on CLICKFUD, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting CLICKFUD Customer Support.
Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of the order.
Once the restaurant has started preparing the order or the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
1.2 Restaurant-Initiated Cancellation
An order may be cancelled by the restaurant due to item unavailability, operational issues, or other valid reasons.
In such cases, customers will be eligible for a refund for prepaid orders.
1.3 CLICKFUD-Initiated Cancellation
CLICKFUD reserves the right to cancel an order due to technical issues, suspected fraud, non-serviceable locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Prepaid Orders
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
- Order cancelled before preparation.
- Restaurant rejects the order.
- Order cancelled by CLICKFUD.
- Payment successful but order not placed.
Important:
After a successful payment, customers should wait approximately 3–4 seconds for the order confirmation to complete.
If the customer closes the app, presses the Back button, or leaves the payment page before confirmation, the payment may be successful but the order may not be placed.
Payment Successful but Order Not Placed
If payment is successful but the order is not created, customers may choose one of the following refund options:
Option 1 – Instant CLICKFUD Wallet Refund (Recommended)
- 100% amount credited instantly to CLICKFUD Wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used immediately for future orders.
Option 2 – Refund to Original Payment Source
- CLICKFUD will initiate an instant refund through the payment gateway.
- The amount may take approximately 3–7 working days to reflect in the customer's Bank Account, UPI, Card or other payment method depending on the bank/payment provider.
2.2 Missing Item Refund
If any item is missing from a delivered order, CLICKFUD will verify the complaint.
- Only the customer-paid price of the missing item(s) will be refunded.
- The refund will be credited only to the CLICKFUD Wallet.
- Missing item refunds are not processed to the original payment source.
2.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
No advance payment is collected for COD orders.
Refunds are generally not applicable for cancelled COD orders unless payment has already been collected.
If payment was collected under exceptional circumstances, CLICKFUD will determine the appropriate refund method.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
- If payment is debited but the transaction fails, the refund will be initiated automatically by the payment gateway.
- Duplicate payments for the same order will be refunded to the original payment source.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Order cancelled after food preparation has started.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable during delivery.
- Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason.
- Dissatisfaction with food taste or personal preference unless approved after review.
5. Refund Methods
- CLICKFUD Wallet (Instant) – Available for eligible cases.
- Original Payment Source – Available upon customer request. Bank processing time is approximately 3–7 working days.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and can only be used for future orders on CLICKFUD.
- CLICKFUD does not process cash refunds.
6. Dispute Resolution
Customers should contact CLICKFUD Support as soon as possible regarding any refund-related issue.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually before approval.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Repeated cancellations, fake orders, fraudulent refund requests, or misuse of the refund system may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the customer's CLICKFUD account.
8. Policy Updates
CLICKFUD reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
