Welcome to CLICKFUD. By accessing or using the CLICKFUD mobile application (“App”),
you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. About CLICKFUD
CLICKFUD is an online food ordering and delivery platform that connects customers with independent
restaurants and delivery partners. CLICKFUD does not prepare, cook, or sell food items directly.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the CLICKFUD App.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Account Registration
- Users must register using email authentication.
- Only one account per user is permitted.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed only through the CLICKFUD App.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
- Menu availability and pricing are determined by the respective restaurants.
5. Pricing & Payment
- CLICKFUD supports both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Online Payments.
- Prepaid payments are securely processed through authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay.
- CLICKFUD does not store card details, UPI information, wallet data, or bank credentials.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may request order cancellation by contacting customer support.
- Cancellation depends on the order status and preparation stage.
- CLICKFUD reserves the right to refuse cancellation once the order is prepared or dispatched.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds apply to prepaid orders in cases of payment failure, restaurant rejection, or order cancellation by CLICKFUD.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- COD orders are not eligible for refunds unless payment has already been collected.
8. Delivery Policy
- Delivery time shown in the App is approximate.
- Delivery is confirmed using a secure Delivery PIN.
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
9. User Conduct
- No fake or fraudulent orders.
- No abuse of restaurants, riders, or support staff.
- No repeated misuse or manipulation of refunds.
10. Account Suspension
CLICKFUD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud,
misuse, repeated cancellations, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Food Quality Disclaimer
Food quality, preparation, hygiene, and ingredients are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
CLICKFUD shall not be liable for any health issues arising from food consumption.
12. Limitation of Liability
CLICKFUD acts solely as a technology platform and shall not be liable for issues
related to food quality, restaurant service, or delays beyond reasonable control.
13. Force Majeure
CLICKFUD shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control,
including natural disasters, network failures, or government restrictions.
14. Changes to Terms
CLICKFUD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
